SOLD 2001 Ford E350 Van

We’ve owned this van personally since July 2010. It had 110,500 miles on it when we purchased it from Indiana. Prior to that the van had been used to haul handicap folk for a bus company. We purchased it for my son, who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and is in a wheelchair full time. We have a Sienna Minivan as our daily driver. This was a back up for “special occasions.” It has been a great van for us. The only reason we are selling it is that we purchased a new Sprinter Van and have not been using this one.

What an awesome machine. Legendary 7.3 Power Stroke is just getting broke in. Runs excellent. The engine is completely stock, we have not done anything to it. We have a stack of receipts, along with a binder of the Ford Service Manual. Impeccably maintained and garage kept since we’ve owned it and undercoated every year with fluid film.

The first thing we did when we purchased the van was take it back to Quigley Moter Co. and go over the entire thing. They replaced the rear ring and pinion, and a few other wear items.

Although the van was pretty solid when we purchased it, there were a few rust issues on the van which we addressed by cutting out rust and welding in new metal. Van is completely solid and rust free. Clean accident report. We did replace both side doors 5 years ago as my girlfriend backed into the van. Replacement doors were Ford OE doors.

We purchased a front bumper from Aluminess, then we subsequently built a custom rear bumper at our shop. Wheels are from an H2 Hummer, which we powder coated black. Tires are Goodyear Duratrac LT315/70R17 and are like new. We also added wheel flares  and a radio with back up camera.

If you’re not familiar with Quigley, check them out. The van was sent to them directly from Ford and they installed the 4x4 conversion, which included installation of a Dana 60 front end and a Borg Warner 1756 transfer case, etc. We have all documentation from Quigley.

The Braun wheelchair lift works great. There is an additional rear seat for the van which we had removed and is included with the van.

We are offering the van for sale, but are not very flexible on price as we don’t have to sell and it is a one of a kind. Don’t waste our time and yours with low ball offers.

Please feel free to email or call with questions, etc. As with anything we sell, if you agree to purchase the van, then feel it was not accurately described, we will not hold you to the transaction.
